What: H2U (Health to You) and MountainView Hospital will host a Health Fair, Saturday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to noon. This event is FREE and open to the public.
This event features FREE health screenings and information about MountainView services, including the latest in surgical robotic systems – the first in Nevada. Visitors will be able to participate in simulation surgeries to experience first-hand how these systems work.
Also featured, in honor of colon cancer awareness month, will be a giant, walk-through inflatable colon, with the goal of educating the community about the importance of colon cancer screenings.
Physician lectures will begin at 10 a.m. with a talk on colorectal cancer. Dancing with Parkinson’s demonstrations and exercise demonstrations will be at 11:00 a.m.
