New CMO welcomed by MountainView
Las Vegas, Nev. — MountainView Hospital has named Dr. Jin Kim as its new chief medical officer.
Dr. Kim joins MountainView Hospital from HCA Healthcare’s North Cypress Hospital in Houston, which provides complex orthopedic, cardiovascular, vascular, neuro-endovascular and neurosurgical services. Before joining HCA in 2020, Dr. Kim was CMO with Memorial Herman Sugar Land Hospital, a Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award winning facility.
Prior to his roles as a CMO, Dr. Kim worked with TeamHealth in various roles, from ER physician, ER medical director and system quality director.
Dr. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctor of Medicine from University of Texas, Medicine Branch.
