To ensure Jack’s comfort and well-being during the trip, Southern Hills’ very own Director of Case Management, Adam Mathis, volunteered to accompany him. Adam is known for his dedication and care for patients. His decision to personally escort Jack home showcased his exceptional commitment to his patient’s welfare.

In preparation for the journey, Adam went above and beyond his duties. He carefully chose new clothes for Jack, keeping in mind his preferences and needs. Additionally, knowing Jack’s love for ice hockey and the Vegas Golden Knights, Adam surprised him with a few items bearing the team’s emblem — a gesture that brought a smile to Jack’s face.
