We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

When coming to our hospital, you will need to bring with you your:

- Insurance card (if applicable)
- List of current medications
- Forms or instructions from physician
What to do when you arrive
When you get to our hospital, enter through the main entrance on weekdays or the emergency room (ER) on weekends. You can then check in at the admitting desk with our staff.
Nominate a healthcare provider for outstanding service
We are dedicated to providing exceptional service while you're in our care. If you want to recognize a physician, nurse, patient care tech or volunteer for making your time with us special, you can nominate them for one of the following awards:
- The DAISY Award for nurses
- The DAISY PETAL Award for non-nursing colleagues
- The iCARE Award for any employee who has shown Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence
Visiting hours
Visiting hours are flexible to accommodate family and friends. Please have family members or friends consult with your nurse regarding the best time, length of visit and number of visitors. In consideration of other patients, visitors are asked to be reasonably quiet. In some situations, visitation may be restricted.
