Wound treatments we offer
We treat adults and children aged three months and older, using several core treatments and techniques, including:
- Antibiotics — Cleans wounds and fights bacteria
- Compression therapy — Wearing sleeves, socks or stockings specially designed to support your veins and increase circulation
- Debridement — Technique that removes dead tissue from wounds
- Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) — A therapeutic technique using a suction pump, tubing and a dressing to remove excess fluid
- Skin grafts — Method of transplanting skin from other areas of your body to wounds that are difficult to close using traditional means.

Burn and Reconstructive Center
We recognize that burn injuries can be challenging to heal and our burn care program is ready to care for your injuries. The center has an experienced, multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurse practitioners and specialists with advanced training to treat your burn injury. Our team takes a well-rounded approach in treating chemical, electrical, friction, frostbite, inhalation, radiation and thermal burns.
Diving illness treatment
We treat diving injuries at the only treatment facility certified by the United States Air Force, United States Navy, Association of Diving Contractors International and the Divers Alert Network to treat decompression illness and arterial gas embolism in the Southern Nevada/Northern Arizona region.
Hand and upper extremity injury treatment
Our care team at our Northern Las Vegas hospital also specializes in treating injuries such as:
- Crush injuries of the hand, wrist and elbow
- Degloving injuries
- Wounds or injuries requiring replantation
Hyperbaric therapy
We offer two locations for HBOT services, making it convenient to get the care you need. HBOT places you in a pressurized environment where you breathe 100 percent oxygen. The treatment allows the lungs to take in more oxygen which stimulates new skin and tissue growth.
